Abstract_Chinese:针对螺旋槽干气密封在运行中气动特性参数的快速定量预测问题, 以实际密封产品为研究对象, 通过对典型数值模拟结果实施函数相关性的二次拟合分析, 建立了以工况参数(入口压力、转速)和气膜厚度为变量的气动特性参数预测模型.采用预测模型对试验多工况下的特性参数进行了计算, 并采用“窄槽理论”实施了相同条件下的理论简化求解, 对特性参数的简化理论和预测两种结果与试验测量值进行了对比分析.结果表明:两种方法的计算值与试验结果保持了良好的分布趋势, 但预测模型求解值与试验测量值符合更好, 计算准确性明显提高, 从而验证并确定了预测模型的可靠性.
Abstract_English:Aiming at resolving the problem of rapid quantitative prediction of the aerodynamic characteristic parameters of dry gas seal with spiral grooves in operation,the actual sealing product,as a research object,was numerically simulated and the typical results were analyzed with regard to the quadratic fitting of function correlation. A prediction model of aerodynamic characteristic parameters was established,in which the operating parameters(inlet pressure and rotating speed)and the gas-film thickness were made as the independent variables. The characteristic parameters in several typical experimental conditions were calculated by use of the prediction model. At the same times,a simplified theoretical solution of the problem under the same operating conditions was obtained based on the “narrow groove theory\". The characteristic parameters obtained by the simplified theory and prediction model were compared with those of the experiment data. The results show that the calculated values of two methods keep good profiles with the experiment,but the prediction model is in better agreement with the experiment,and the calculation accuracy is improved evidently. Thus the reliability of the prediction model is verified and confirmed.
