一种聚噻吩类化合物及其中间体与它们的制备方法及在太阳能电池中的应用
本发明公开了一种聚噻吩类化合物及其中间体与它们的制备方法及应用,该中间体的结构通式如式I所示,该噻吩类化合物如式II结构通式所示,其中,m为10-100,n为0-100,。本发明采用侧基接入给电子基团的方法,得到一种新型聚噻吩类化合物,使聚噻吩主链的共轭长度增加,从而提高了聚合物的载流子迁移率和对太阳光的吸光度。且可根据需要,调节给电子侧基和3-己基噻吩两者的比例,获得具有不同配比的聚合物。该类化合物结构正确,制备方法简便,易于操作,产率高。
