带有亲水导流针的质子交换膜燃料电池流道
一种复合式燃料电池,包括复合膜、密封垫片、碳板、导电板、耐热绝缘板及紧固装置,其特征在于,所述复合膜中镶嵌有质子交换膜和碱性阴离子交换膜,每个碱性阴离子交换膜和质子交换膜均构成一个单独独立的燃料电池且交错分布,所述两种交换膜的阳极位于复合膜的一侧,阴极位于复合膜的另一侧;在所述碳板上设置有与碱性阴离子交换膜和质子交换膜位置相应的蛇形流道,以保证流体交替经过碱性阴离子交换膜和质子交换膜,并且流体开始流入碳板的蛇形流道时,在复合膜的阳极一侧要先经过AAEM膜,再经过PEM膜;
本发明公开了一种质子交换膜燃料电池流道,它包括设置在双极板上的电池流道,所述的电池流道包括具有入口的入口流道、具有出口的出口流道以及至少一个分支流道,每一个分支流道的进口分别与入口流道相连通,每一个分支流道的出口分别与出口流道相连通,沿气体流动方向在每一个分支流道壁上间隔设置有至少一个变径结构,每一个分支流道的最大宽度处和最小宽度处的宽度比值为大于1小于等于10之间的数值。本发明结构简单,有效预防或缓解阴极水淹;反应气利用率的提高和水传输均匀性的提高,两方面的作用使得电池的综合性能得到提高。
本实用新型公开了温差发电器的优化结构,包括由p型半导体材料电偶臂和n型半导体材料电偶臂组成的π型电偶臂对结构,所述p型半导体材料电偶臂和n型半导体材料电偶臂的截面为梯形。本实用新型的技术方案结构简单,易于加工,可以显著改善温差发电器性能。通过结构的改善,可以在同等工况下,提升温差发电电动势。
本发明公开了带有亲水导流针的质子交换膜燃料电池流道,它包括电池流道,在所述的电池流道的底壁上设置具有导流针,所述的导流针的表面接触角不大于100°。本发明的优点:本发明结构简单,灵敏度高,易于加工且成本较低,在流道中插入亲水导流针,加快阴极产生的水快速脱离电极表面到达流道壁面,有效预防或缓解阴极水淹。能将质子交换膜燃料电池阴极膜电极排水效率提高一倍以上,由于亲水导流针的植入,使得阴极产生的水脱离扩散层表面的时间缩短一半以上。
