本发明公开了一种吲哚骨架化合物及其应用。本发明提供的吲哚骨架化合物的结构式如式Ⅰ、式Ⅱ或式Ⅲ所示化合物,本发明提供的化合物或其药学上可接受的盐以及以其作为活性成分的药物组合物可用于制备治疗DPP4相关疾病的产品。本发明通过在吲哚骨架类分子的C-1位上引入甲胺(或取代甲胺)基团,在C-2上引入芳香基团的衍生物,以及在N-1位引入乙酰基或磺酰基团,得到了具有很好的抑制DPP4活性能力的新的化合物。该类化合物具有很好的生物活性、生物稳定性和选择性。
