一种新型甲醇荧光探针及检测方法
本发明公开了一种新型三唑桥联复式环糊精手性固定相的制备方法,包括两个步骤:首先利用硅烷偶联剂通过醚键在硅胶表面引入叠氮基单取代的环糊精,然后通过一价铜催化的1,3-偶极环加成反应(click chemistry),将炔基取代环糊精键合到叠氮环糊精硅胶表面,进而制备了具有良好协同效应的三唑桥联复式环糊精硅胶手性固定相。该类固定相在液相色谱中展现了对丹磺酰氨基酸,小分子芳香酸和中性消旋体等不用类别药物的优异拆分能力,可作为色谱手性固定相应用于药物手性拆分领域。
