研究方向
研究方向:分子材料与光电功能器件
以分子材料在场效应晶体管和新型传感器等光电功能器件中的应用为主要目标,设计合成半导体和导体型分子材料,并开发合适的组装工艺与可控掺杂技术,调控其光电性质,进而构筑高性能和新原理光电器件。
具体方向包括:1)有机半导体分子材料的设计合成与光电功能器件的构筑;2)有机半导体分子材料的可控掺杂与应用;3)基于分子材料的新型光、力、热传感器件;4)二维分子材料的生长与器件构筑。
