张玉忠,男,1963年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家“百千万”人才工程入选者,天津131第一层次人才,国务院特贴专家。新型功能膜材料创新团队负责人,天津工业大学分离材料与过程控制研究所所长,中空纤维膜材料与膜过程国家重点实验室培育基地副主任。主要从事膜分离科学基础及应用研究,在国内较早地开展了渗透汽化膜过程研究工作。在超滤/微滤技术方面重点开展了膜材料,膜品种系列化及特种膜的研究工作,开展了膜技术跨学科应用研究工作,并且积极开展科研成果推广应用工作。开展了膜法回收电泳漆与电泳涂装清洁生产技术研究,以及膜法废水资源化研究工作,掌握了膜法深度处理废水的核心技术,取得了显著的经济效益与环境效益。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金等项目10余项;国家级新产品一项;在《J. Membrane Science》等国内外核心期刊发表学术论文100多篇,主编专著一部;全国“九五”优秀成果奖一项;获省部级科技进步奖4项。
