研究领域


运用分子动力学模拟方法、生物信息学方法针对细胞色素P450酶单核苷酸多态性对酶活性的影响以及细胞色素P450酶与不同化合物之间的代谢关系进行研究；运用分子动力学模拟方法研究Aβ42寡聚体在膜环境中的构象变化及对于膜的破坏作用机制；构建与疾病相关的蛋白质相互作用网络，并结合miRNA靶点信息从网络调控角度研究miRNA调控蛋白质网络的特性和机制。
主讲讲授课程包括《生物信息学》、《计算机辅助药物设计》、《分子模拟计算》
