于春水教授，男，1970年8月出生，博士生导师。现任天津医科大学副校长、天津医科大学医学影像学院院长、天津医科大学总医院医学影像科主任、天津市功能影像重点实验室主任。主要从事磁共振脑功能成像研究，包括成像遗传学研究和脑可塑性研究。取得了一系列创新性研究成果，在该领域SCI期刊发表了100余篇论文，累计影响因子超过400，其中第一和通讯作者论文65篇，累计影响因子300。近五年，在Brain (IF=10.4)等SCI收录期刊发表论文104篇，其中IF>5的论文50篇（49篇为第一或通讯作者），被他引3300余次。
2005年入选北京市科技新星培养计划，2007年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，2013年入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层人选，2013年天津市高校“学科领军人才培养计划”，天津市高校创新团队负责人，2014年获得“国家****科学基金”资助。2015年入选国家百千****才工程，授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号，2016年12月被评为国务院特殊津贴专家。
主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目1项、面上项目3项，天津市自然科学基金支撑计划1项和重点项目1项，作为主要学术骨干参与“973”项目1项。
2008年获茅以升北京青年科技奖（2008年北京市医药卫生系统唯一获奖者）。作为第二完成人获得省部级一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖3项；作为第四完成人获得省部级一等奖和三等奖各1项。
现为中华医学会放射学分会常务委员，中国医师协会放射医师分会委员、中国装备协会磁共振专业委员会常委，天津市医学会放射学分会第八届委员会主任委员。现任《国际医学放射学杂志》副主编，《中国医学影像技术》常务编委，《PlosOne》、《IJCEM》、《中华放射学杂志》等杂志编委。
