个人简历★1992年7月于南开大学电子科学系本科毕业,1997年7月于南开大学光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所硕士毕业,2003年东京工业大学综合理工学研究科物理情报系统创造专业博士毕业。2003-2004东京工业大学大学院理工学研究科附属像情报工学研究施设博士后。2004年晋升为副教授,2005年晋升为教授。★张建军教授、副院长,光电器件与能源系统课题组负责人。本课题组结合国际光电学科前沿发展态势及实验室的已有基础,致力于新型光电材料及器件和与新能源系统相关的研究与开发工作。目前主要从事:(1)新型光电材料与器件(2)新型薄膜显示技术(3)新能源智能电网相关的研究工作。主要研究方向为有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料及器件研究、新型聚合物有机太阳电池研究、量子点纳米颗粒光电性能及器件研究、硅基合金薄膜材料与器件研究、能源系统的设计研究。
★本课题组建立了一套完整硅基薄膜、纳米颗粒、量子点、有机聚合和有机无机杂化等半导体材料和太阳电池实验平台,具备PECVD、真空管式炉、溅射、电子束蒸发等真空系统多套,以及手套箱、旋涂、喷涂、印刷等非真空镀膜设备,同时具备完善的材料及器件测试表征平台。得到科技部863、973计划、国家自然基金面上项目、国家自然基金青年项目、天津市科技攻关项目、天津市应用基础与前沿技术研究计划等项目支持。发表SCI论文100余篇,其中SCI一区、二区文章40篇以上,申请、获得国家发明专利40余项。
★合作单位及毕业生情况:与国内外高校、研究机构、高科技公司建立了广泛而密切的合作关系;课题组培养硕士生、博士生多次获得国家奖学金、‘南开十杰’称号,就业方向以高校、科研院所、高科技企业为主。
