金属有机化学与均相催化,有机合成方法学
1. C-H键活化的金属有机化学
通过分步和计量反应分离鉴定关键反应中间体,研究过渡金属催化的C-H键活化反应的反应机理
基于对反应机理的理解,设计和发展新型高效的过渡金属催化的C-H键活化及转化反应
2. 过渡金属烯烃聚合催化剂的设计合成及催化烯烃聚合反应
重点研究基于阴离子N-杂环卡宾配体的过渡金属化合物的设计合成,研究它们在烯烃配位聚合和共聚等聚合反应的催化性能,开发具有自主知识产权的高效烯烃聚合催化剂。

教育及科研经历
1986-1990年,南开大学化学系,理学学士学位。
1990-1993年,南开大学化学系,理学硕士学位(有机化学)。
1993-1996年,南开大学化学系,理学博士学位(有机化学)。
1996年,南开大学化学系,任讲师。
1998年,南开大学化学系,教授。
2001年,南开大学化学系,博士生导师。
其中1997年3月至12月到香港中文大学化学系作访问****。
1999年9月至2000年8月到德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校作博士后研究。
2003年起主讲化学学院本科生必修课《有机化学》,该课程2005年被评为南开大学校级示范精品课程。
主要从事金属有机化学及均相催化研究。科研成果累计发表SCI收录论文150余篇,授权中国发明专利10项。曾多次在国际或双边学术会议上作邀请报告。
