个人简介: 1992年7月于南开大学电子科学系本科毕业,1997年7月于南开大学光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所硕士毕业,2003年东京工业大学综合理工学研究科物理情报系统创造专业博士毕业。2003-2004东京工业大学大学院理工学研究科附属像情报工学研究施设博士后。2004年晋升为副教授,2005年晋升为教授。目前主要从事薄膜光电子材料、器件与技术和新型光伏材料与光伏器件方面的研究工作。主要研究方向为硅锗薄膜材料与电池、有机无机复合太阳电池及柔性薄膜太阳电池。
科研项目、成果、获奖、专利等情况: 主持国家和省部级基金多项,在国内外重要学术刊物和国际会议上共发表论文100余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表60余篇,获国家发明专利三项。
目前主持国家自然科学基金一项(2014.1至2017.12),十二五973项目子课题一项(2011.1至2015.8)
