黄晓俊，男，理学博士，副教授、硕士生导师。2018年陕西省“QR计划”青年项目入选者，中国材料研究会超材料分会青年理事。
担任国际期刊“International Journal of Information and Communication Science”和“American Journal of Electromagnetics and Applications”编委，《西安科技大学学报》青年编委。
西安科技大学信息与通信工程学科宽带无线通信学术带头人。
2018年获湖北省自然科学三等奖。2020年获“英国皇家物理学会高被引论文奖”。
主持国家自然科学基金，省级自然科学基金，教育厅科研计划，毫米波国家重点实验室开放基金，校级科研项目近十项。
在Appl. Phys. Lett.、IEEE TAP、Opt.Express, J. Appl. Phys.、PIERs、J. Phys. D、Opt. Comm. J. opt. Appl. Phys. B等国际期刊发表期刊论文四十余篇，其中SCI收录五十余篇，他引1000余次。长期担任多个期刊审稿人。

主要研究方向为电磁新材料理论及其应用；智慧矿山的电磁安全。
