姚莹莹/Yingying Yao博士，副教授，博士生导师。2010年毕业于兰州大学水文与水资源工程专业，获工学学士学位；2016年毕业于北京大学能源动力与资源工程专业，获理学博士学位。主要从事生态水文模拟和水资源管理研究工作，主持和参与国家自然科学基金等国家级课题5项、新加坡水务局研发项目2项，主持微软高校科研合作项目1项，在国际期刊发表论文24篇，其中作为第一作者在地球科学顶尖期刊Geophysical Research Letters和Journal of Geophysical Resarch获得“封面论文”和“美国地球物理联合会（AGU）亮点论文”等荣誉。
