2011年度“全国百篇优秀博士学位论文”获得者，2014年“全国百篇优秀管理案例”获得者，入选首批“青年拔尖人才”支持计划、教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划、陕西省“人文英才”支持计划和西安交通大学“腾飞人才”特聘计划等人才类计划项目。为美国管理学会（AOM）会员、中国管理学研究会（IACMR）会员；2010年度、2015年度AOM最佳会议论文获得者；2010年在中国管理学研究会IACMR国际会议青年****论坛主题发言。英文期刊Asia Pacific Journal of Management审稿委员会（Editorial Reviewer Board）成员；中英文期刊Journal of Business Venturing、 Long Range Planning、管理科学学报、科学学研究等审稿人；国家自然科学基金评审人。
近年来一直致力于有关战略联盟、知识管理、创新与企业家精神等主题的研究与探索工作。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文40余篇，其中包括具有广泛学术影响力的国际期刊论文13篇，中文核心期刊论文30余篇，合作出版专著一本；被美国管理学会（AOM）年会收录论文10余篇（包括AOM最佳会议论文2篇），具体如下：
