thecapacitytosearchtheinformationrelatedinhugeknowledgesource,todosummary,andtothinkresearchsciencequestions;thecapacityandskillstodescribeownacademicthinkingandtomakeacademiclecturesusingEnglish;thetrainingofscientificwritingskills.。

Theteachersinuniversityarealwaysbusyforpreparinglessonsanddoinglectures.However,theoverallqualitylevelhasnotimprovedeveryyearandyear.Thecontentoftheteachinghavenotberenewed.Itcannotmeettherequirementofrapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology.WeestablishedaTeachingManagementPlatformonWeb.Theplatformincludescoursewaredownloadarea,homeworkuploadarea,andsymposiumareaonlinenow.Wewillsetupavirtualexperimentalplatformtomakeuptheshortageofexperimentaldeviceandtoaddtheexperimentcourse.Inaddition,wewillcooperatewithUniversityofPittsburghintheUSAtosetupamirrorwebstationforrehabilitationcourseteaching,tousethesourceofSupper-CourseLibraryandtoimprovetheourteachingquality.
TheTeachingManagementPlatformonWebhasthreeadvantagesasfollowing,

Teacherscansharetheirsource,suchasthelessonmaterialsprepared.Itcansaveteachers’timetosearchthesamelessonmaterials.Theycanspendmoretimetosearchnewmaterialforcourseteachingandfocustheirattentiononimprovingteachingqualityatoveralllevel.Studentsparticipateinteaching.Teacherandstudentscandiscusson-line.Then,teacherscanmasterstudents’thinking,questions,andlearningprogress,andcanguidetheminthesymposiumonline.So,itprofitsteachertogivedirectiveteachingsinclassroomalso.Totakepartinthediscussiononspecialtopics,studentswillcollectalotofmaterialsaboutthesetopicsandputthemintothediscussionareaintheTeachingmanagementPlatformonweb.Thematerialsandinformationwillhelpourcourseconstructionsomuch.Theyareanimportantsourcetoupdatethecontentofthecurriculumandtoimprovetheteachingquality.Thematerialswillbereservedincomputerforalongtimealso.

WerefertheteachingandcurriculumsystemoftheRehabilitationScienceandTechnologyatUniversityofPittsburghintheUSA,OrganizeourresourceintheSchoolofLifeScienceandTechnology,MedicalSchool,theSchoolofMechanicalEngineering,andtheSchoolofHumanitiesandSocialSciences,toestablishtheRehabilitationMedicineandPhysicalTherapyDiscipline.TheMinistryofEducationinChinaapprovedtheeducationprogramsin2003.TheXi’anJiaotongUniversityrecruitedthefirstgroupofMSstudentsandPhDstudentsfromtheallplaceinChinain2004.WesetupthePost-DoctoralResearchStationontheRehabilitationMedicineandPhysicalTherapyDisciplinein2004also.Now,8MSstudentsand8PhDstudentsarepursuingtheirdegreesonRehabilitationMedicineandPhysicalTherapyand2post-doctoralsaredoingresearchinrehabilitationarea.

AccordingtotherequirementofrehabilitationprofessionalpeopleinChinaandthefeaturesoftheRehabilitationMedicineandPhysicalTherapyDisciplineinChina,referringtheU.S.RehabilitationScienceandTechnologyDisciplinesatUniversityofPittsburghintheUSA,ourrehabilitationdisciplineplanstosetup20coursesinthefiveyears.

ToastmastersClubaimsatprovidingamutuallysupportiveandpositivelearningenvironmentinwhicheverymemberhastheopportunitytodevelopcommunicationandleadershipskills.Ithasbeenestablishedformorethan80years.ToastmastersClubhasnearly235,000membersin11,700clubsin92countries.Impromptupresentationabilitycanreachahighlevelafter10classescommonlyinToastmastersClub.ThecertificateofToastermastersClubafter10classesshowsadvantageinjobhuntingabroad.ProfessorJueWangbrought15coursestoherstudentsfromUSAin2002.Atfirst,themembersofToastmastersClubwereallProfessorWang’sstudents,andnowithasgrownuptoanEnglishclubinBiomedicalEngineeringInstitute.Basedonprofessionaltutorial,everymemberdeterminestheiraimsandcontrolstheirtrainingprogressaccordingtotheirEnglishlevel.Theclubholdscolorfulactivitiesincludinglecture,noundescriptiongame,impromptupresentationanddebate.ItishelpfultoimproveEnglishcommunication,promotecapacityoforganizationandpublicpresentationability,fosterrapidresponseanddebatecapacityandcontributetohumanunderstanding.Accordingtothetutorial,memberschoselecturetopics,organizedpresentationandpromotedactivitiesinthepast6years.ToastmastersClubisgrowingupcontinuallyandrecognizedbymoreandmorestudents.Itattractsmorefreshstudentstojoinit.AToastermasterClubwithBiomedicalEngineeringcharacteristicshasbeenestablishedandbecomeoneoftheclassicalclubsinourinstitute.

教育经历




出席在美国亚特兰大召开的国际学术会议(背景为美国CNN总部)

1974-1977年西安交通大学无线电工程系元件与材料专业,本科。

1988-1991年西安交通大学信息与控制工程系生物医学电子工程专业,硕士研究生。

1996-2000年美国匹茨堡大学健康与康复学院康复科学与技术专业博士研究生。

2001.1-2001.12美国匹茨堡大学健康与康复学院康复科学与技术系博士后。


工作经历


2001年6月被聘为西安交通大学教授。现任西安交通大学生命科学与技术学院三级教授、博士生导师,生物医学工程研究所所长兼康复科学与技术研究中心主任;中国国家保健器具工程技术研究中心西安交通大学分部副主任。

2002年3月起被聘为美国匹兹堡大学健康与康复科学学院兼职教授。

2002年5月起被聘为中国国家保健器具工程技术研究中心西安交通大学分部副主任

1994.2-2001.12年在美国匹兹堡大学任访问副教授、研究助理、在职博士生、助理教授等职。

1984.10-1998历任西安交通大学信息与控制工程系助理工程师、工程师、讲师、副教授,生物医学电子工程研究室副主任等职。

1977.10-1984.10历任南京无线电元件一厂技术员、助理工程师、集成电路新品开发车间技术副主任、厂技术科副科长、科长、厂技术开发部主任等职。


荣誉和奖励


2012年,作为学科带头人,领军的西安交通大学“康复医学与理疗学”学科被民间学科评估
专家武书连评为A++(全国前2%),列为该学科全国排名第二。
2006年12月,获得“宝钢教育基金”优秀教师奖。
2005年5月,根据教育部文件精神,被列为“引进优秀尖子留学人员”。
2004年5月,在西安交通大学研究生院、学生处、校团委主办,研究生会、博士生协会承办的网上无记名投票选举中,被评为“我最喜爱的交大导师”
2000年在美国学习期间,获得“All-AmericanScholarCollegiateAward”,名字和照片被收入进“All-AmericanScholarCollegiate名录”2000年16卷。
