个人简介
张春福,男,汉族,西安电子科技大学微电子学院教授,博士生导师。博士毕业于新加坡国立大学,随后在新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究。2010年加入西安电子科技大学微电子学院工作,入选西安电子科技大学首批华山****。张春福教授长期从事半导体器件与电路的设计、制备、测量及其工艺的改进、整合等,在西安电子科技大学创建了有机、柔性器件及瞬态器件研究方向。所领导研究团队现有五位老师,包括常晶晶教授以及华山****林珍华副教授,讲师习鹤博士及陈大正博士。承担和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重大科技专项、*科研项目*多项,在IEEE Trans. Electron Devices、IEEE Photonics Journal, Applied Physics Letters, Solar Energy Materials & Solar cells, Organic Electronics, Acs applied materials and interfaces等国际著名期刊及会议上发表论文70余篇,申请专利多项,现为IEEE Trans.
