穆学文个人简介：1979年1月出生。
1. 1997-2001，山西大学计算数学专业本科毕业，获得理学和工商管理学双学士学位。
2. 2001-2004，西安电子科技大学获得应用数学硕士学位。
3. 2003-2006，西安电子科技大学获得应用数学专业博士学位。
4. 2004-2006，西安电子科技大学助教。
5. 2006-2008，西安电子科技大学讲师。
6. 2008-现在，西安电子科技大学副教授。
7. 2013,9-2014,9, 公派出国留学。

主要研究方向
1. Binary Quadratic Programming 的算法及其及其在多用户检测、图像处理方面的应用。
2. 锥规划的一阶快速算法，包括半定规划，二阶锥规划，线性规划。
3. 优化问题的神经网络算法。
