宋骊平:男,1975年12月出生,博士,副教授,1998年在西安电子科技大学电子工程专业获工学学士学位,于2003年在西安电子科技大学信号与信息处理学科获得工学硕士学位,于2008年在西安电子科技大学模式识别与智能系统学科获得博士学位。近年来的主要研究方向为:被动定位与跟踪、非线性滤波、信号与信息处理。主持了“863”创新基金1项,中央高校基本科研业务费2项,重点实验室基金1项,横向项目2项,*科研项目*1项,国家自然科学基金项目2项,授权专利多项,发表学术论文二十余篇。

Introduction
Liping Song received the B.As degree in electronic engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China in 1998 and the M.S. degree in signal processing from Xidian University in 2003. He received the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Xidian University in 2008. He is currently an associate professor of Xidian University. His area of research interest is signal processing, target tracking and nonlinear filtering.
