西安电子科技大学,电子工程学院,副教授,博士生导师。1987年生于山东日照。2010年本科毕业,2015年博士毕业。主要从事雷达新体制和新技术研究,发表学术论文100余篇,谷歌H指数20,负责多项国家重点科研项目。获中国电子学会优博、香港香江****、陕西省青年杰出人才、吴文俊人工智能自然科学奖。

科学研究
研究方向1:波形分集阵雷达(频率分集阵、空时编码阵)
波形分集阵雷达本质上就是MIMO雷达,其更追求简单和有规律的设计方法。频率分集阵指各个发射天线之间存在微小的频率差异,空时编码阵指各个天线之间存在发射信号的延迟。
1)波形分集阵雷达抗干扰技术
2)雷达系统发射与接收机结构设计
3)运动目标检测与参数估计
4)运动平台杂波抑制

研究方向2:多输入多输出(MIMO)雷达
MIMO雷达技术是将对阵列处理的拓展,其核心和关键在于如何有效的利用发射端带来的信息。两种MIMO体制(共置、分置)具有不同的物理意义。主要感兴趣的研究内容包括:
1)共置MIMO雷达的波形设计(正交波形设计、空间波束赋形)
2)MIMO雷达的目标检测方法、发射-接收-时间联合处理技术
3) 雷达与通信的共存
4)MIMO雷达工程应用系统

研究方向3:空时自适应处理(STAP)
空时处理技术是现代雷达中的重要技术,是预警卫星、预警飞机等的核心“1号”技术。 我们致力于解决如何对抗地面、海面后向散射的强杂波的问题,如何解决实际中的孤立干扰问题等。主要研究内容包括
1)有限样本、非均匀样本的挑选
2)(正侧视/非正侧视、单基地/双基地)空时处理方法与降维空时处理器结构设计
3)稳健的空时处理技术
4)基于波形分集阵技术的空时处理技术,包括距离模糊杂波抑制(尚需要进一步论)、接收机多波形失配方法
5)高速平台问题、成像与动目标检测问题等

研究方向4:多通道阵列信号处理
多通道阵列信号处理在雷达、声呐、通信、医疗等具有十分广泛的应用。我们主要针对雷达应用需求,考虑实际中存在传播畸变、估计误差、训练数据污染、孤立干扰、蓄意干扰、主瓣干扰等问题,解决雷达稳健的信号接收与处理问题:
1)通道校正(接收校正、MIMO系统的发射校正、宽带校正)
2)稳健波束形成(线性方法、二次方法、凸松弛技术、非凸优化等)
3)信号重构(随机矩阵理论、PCA方法、机器学习)
4)空间抗干扰、波束赋形、阵型优化...
5)参数估计(DOA估计、波形参数估计)

研究方向5:雷达系统建模与仿真
雷达系统建模与仿真是雷达技术的基础与关键,是获得雷达系统性能的第一手数据。我们主要针对运动平台载(机载、弹载、星载)雷达系统进行回波建模与仿真,能够充分表达以下特征:
1)基于雷达方程的回波仿真;
2)地、海杂波的散射特性(后向散射系数的物理模型、统计模型)、地海面划分与散射面积计算、相对运动特性、空间角度-多普勒的耦合特性等;
3)收发天线方向图调制、阵列误差(阵元级、子阵级)、天线电扫描和机械扫描、天线有效照射;
4)宽带体制下雷达-目标-环境三位一体的动态特性、目标散射的起伏模型;
5)各种电磁干扰

Introduction
He received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering (summa cum laude), and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing (summa cum laude), both from Xidian University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. From 2015/12 to 2018/07, he was a lecturer at National Lab of Radar Signal Processing in Xidian University, during which he was also a postdoctoral researcher there. Since 2018/08, he serves as Associate Professor in the same institute. Currently, he also works as a Postdoctoral Fellow under “Hong Kong Scholar Program” at the City University of Hong Kong.
His research interests include radar system modeling, multi-sensor array signal processing, space-time adaptive processing, multiple-input multiple-output radar, and array radar using waveform diversity (especially on frequency diverse array and space-time coding array).
He received the prize for excellent Ph.D. degree dissertation of the Chinese Institute of Electronics in 2017, which is recognized as top award for Ph.D. graduation in the area of information and electronic engineering. He received the prominent postdoctoral prize from Xidian University in 2017.

I would like to recruit undergraduate or graduate students for pursuing Ph.D. in the areas of radar signal processing, specifically radar system modeling and analysis, sensor array signal processing, and space-time adaptive processing, multiple-input multiple-output radar, and waveform diversity array radar. Potential candidates should possess first-class honor Bachler degree or Master degree in electronic engineering or relevant disciplines.
I would also like to invite excellent researchers to our institute with Postdoctoral Fellow position. It is recommended to apply for the oversea postdoctoral research funding of China.
