个人基本信息
宋籽霖，女，理学博士，西北农林科技大学资源环境学院副教授，硕士生导师。
主要从事农业废弃物无害化利用相关研究。善于将科研前沿、专业知识、思政育人有机融合，注重个人师德提升。承担《生态学概论》《工程概预算》《物理性污染控制》《环境生物技术》等课程的教学工作。获得学校青年教师讲课比赛二等奖、首届“师德师风”演讲比赛二等奖、“课程思政教学骨干”、大学生思政教育先进个人等荣誉。

2. 中国博士后基金面上项目（一等资助）“秸秆厌氧干发酵微生物群落特征解析及多尺度调控策略”，主持；
3. 黄土高原土壤侵蚀与旱地农业国家重点实验室开放基金“黄土丘陵区长期自然恢复过程中土壤微生物对植被的响应”，主持；
