一、个人简历
韦小敏，女，1983年1月生，陕西澄城人，博士。2006年毕业于陕西师范大学生命科学学院生物技术专业，获理学学士学位。2011年毕业于山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室微生物学专业，获理学博士学位。2011年进入西北农林科技大学资源环境学院工作迄今。
二、研究方向
农业废弃物的微生物资源化技术；极端生境微生物生态、资源及其在生物防治上的应用；丝状真菌蛋白合成分泌机制研究。
三、主要科研项目
目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目斜卧青霉转录调控蛋白Hac1在蛋白分泌调控中的功能研究（**），博士科研启动项目红碱淖地区微生物多样性研究（Z**），国家十二五科技支撑计划课题子子课题菌剂的研制、生产技术及标准化使用技术（2012BAD14B11）。
