研究方向:
主要从事污水深度处理和水环境水质控制方面的研究,概括如下:
理论研究:
在国际上首次定量地证实了大分子亲水性胞外高聚物对膜污染的决定性作用,阐明了在线絮凝低加药量的情况下和慢滤系统控制膜污染基本机理,在国际学术刊物及科学会议上发表30多篇相关领域科学研究论文,其中20余篇SCI检索,德国专利1项。先后获得并完成了由欧盟第六框架研发基金、德国教育部、沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学、美国伊利诺伊香槟分校、丹麦格兰富集团等机构资助的创新工艺和产品研发项目。
目前,在水处理领域进一步在科研与工业产业领域发挥专业优势,致力于膜的功能化与电化学等水处理技术多学科结合应用,创新研发特种污水和市政污水厂污泥的处理和减量化工作,优化水处理和污泥处理系统,科学提升污水污泥处理系统的功能表现。
同时,带领团队在水体与水处理过程中污染物、营养物质的迁移转化提供分子生物学技术支撑,包括微生物微观群落指纹、抗性基因指纹和毒性指纹,以及功能性基因分布与进化研究,与环境生态学等相关学科开展水环境生态过程机理研究。通过大数据和云计算等技术手段实现海量数据信息挖掘与定量表征,致力于建立多指标指纹型水生态监测、调控、重建与管理关键技术集成。
先后担任了国际学术杂志评审工作,如Water Research、Journal of Membrane Science、Bioresource Technology、Journal of environmental management, Desalination等的外审专家、邀请演讲嘉宾及国际会议Aachen Membrane,Asia membrane等专题分会主席等。
实际应用:
1)超滤膜系统的设计、制造与优化运行:主持超滤膜系统的设计与处理地表水、海水、污水厂二级出水的实际运行工作;主要产品包括:格兰富AQpure超滤系统的整体设计、设备选型与运行参数设定,AQpure应用于非洲、南亚、南美地区的水地图参数与取值范围。
2)智能加药系统在水和污泥处理中的应用:主持格兰富计量泵在水处理过程中的智能化研发,其中超滤系统集成在线絮凝的应用与优化工作获得德国专利一项。主持工业循环水场的水质监控系统与智能化控制,申请国家专利3项。
3)污泥、污水和水中高分子有机物的定性定量测量与控制技术:掌握先进的水中高分子有机物分离、定性定量测量技术,并应用于活性污泥、污水厂二级出水、地表水中大分子有机物的分离,定量地证实了大分子胞外高聚物对污泥脱水和膜污染的决定性作用,直接应用于指导污水处理中污泥脱水效果、水的膜污染评定。
