研究方向


利用稳定同位素比质谱学,有机质谱学,生物质谱学及核磁共振学等手段从事以下方面的研究:
1. 化学生物学(蛋白组和类脂组学)
o 利用自上而下蛋白组学手段研究高密度脂蛋白氧化修饰与动脉粥样硬化发病机理和疾病进展;
o 利用基于级联质谱的高通量脂肪组学和生物信息学手段,建立人群脂肪紊乱症、糖尿病、心血管疾病风险模型
2. 同位素组学:探索真实状态下植物类脂和碳水化合物分子生化合过程中的稳定同位素分馏机制,为进行可靠的、切入性同位素生物地球化学记录(如植物树木年轮同位素,土壤, 水体有机质同位素)解译提供理论支持
o 利用稳定同位素比质谱测定生物单个化合物自然丰度稳定同位素(13C, 2H, 15N)组成,探测在真实状态下植物合成类脂(如脂肪酸、蒎烯等)的生化途径和相关酶功能
o 利用定量二维核磁共振(q-2D-NMR)测定分子内特定位点氘核自然丰度,用于探测真实状态下类脂(如脂肪酸)生物合成过程中底物-产物关系;
o 发展新型稳定同位素比质谱学方法,测定碳水化合物和氨基酸分子内单个位点18O和15N同位素分布,用于环境、食品掺杂、气候、植物生理生态等方面的研究和应用;o 无机含氧阴离子如硝酸盐等多元素、多同位素分析新方法开发。
3. 稳定同位素环境蛋白质组学
o 湖泊、土壤和植物等环境蛋白质组表征方法、气候变化在湖泊、土壤和植物蛋白组水平上的记录。
o 利用P-SIF(protein-stable isotope fingerprinting)深刻理解土壤,湖泊微生物多样性在C, N,S等元素循环中的功能及对全球变化的响应。
