个人简介
杨楷芳,山西阳泉人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2013年3月取得西北工业大学信号与信息处理专业硕士学位,2017年3月取得西北工业大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位,2013年11月-2014年11月在澳大利亚RMIT大学国家公派博士联合培养。2017年4月至今就职于陕西师范大学计算机科学学院从事科研教学工作。IEEE 会员,中国计算机学会会员,陕西省电子学会会员。目前共发表学术论文20余篇,其中以第一作者在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology等视频编码领域国际顶级期刊及图像处理领域著名会议IEEE Conference on Image Processing上发表论文多篇。获得发明专利及软件著作权8项,获得科技竞赛类奖项5项。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,陕西省自然科学基金项目1项,中央高校基本科研业务费自由探索项目1项,横向项目1项。主持陕西师范大学教师教学模式创新与实践研究专项基金项目2项。
