主要从事针对神经免疫疾病的天然药物筛选及分子机制,干细胞介导的自免疫疾病(多发硬化)基因治疗及少突胶质细胞的分化机制的相关研究。目前已发表研究论文30余篇,其中SCI第一或通讯作者18篇(SCI一区4篇;SCI二区8篇)。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,陕西省自然基金,陕西省留学人员科技活动择优资助项目及中央高校基本科研业务费专项等项目,参与国家自然科学基金共7项。


主要研究领域及兴趣

博士及博士后阶段一直从事神经干细胞及基因治疗方面的研究。博士后期间在国际著名神经免疫学家和多发硬化病(MS)治疗专家Dr. A.M.Rostami 教授 (Thomas Jefferson University,USA)研究组从事脱髓鞘疾病发病机理及治疗研究,系统掌握了相关的研究思路和核心技术。目前结合药用植物资源与天然药物化学教育部重点实验室的研究特色及科研优势,以基因治疗及神经干细胞治疗为基础,将重点研究筛选新的天然药物及治疗靶点在中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病中的机理,探讨其在促进少突胶质细胞前体分化和髓鞘再生过程中的作用及分子机制,以期为MS/EAE及其它中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的治疗提供新的有效的治疗药物。
