胡怀明博士,西北大学二级教授,西北大学学术委员会科研分会委员,民进陕西省委教育委员会委员。2003年9月至今在西北大学化学与材料科学学院从事教学和科研工作。主持教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、人事部留学回国人员基金、陕西省自然科学研究计划项目、陕西省教育厅自然科学研究专项和国家自然科学基金等,在Crystal growth & Design、CrystEngComm、Inorg.
