我的研究方向主要是天线与微波的理论、设计以及电磁场数值算法,具体包括宽带小型化天线,高效率天线阵列,宽角扫描阵天线以及电磁场数值算法,主要的应用背景为雷达和无线通信系统。如果您有意选择我作为您研究生期间的导师,与我合作从事研究工作,那么请耐心阅读以下注意事项:
我希望学生在报考后有坚定的科研决心和踏实的科研态度。我对学生的要求比较高,我认为硕士研究生毕业的同学需要具备独立解决问题的能力,博士研究生毕业的同学需要能具备发现科学问题并解决它的能力。我可以给一些同学就读的机会,但是如果您只是需要一个学位,抱着“混学位”的想法,希望您不要选择我,否则大家后期都会不好看。
我认为专业都是人为划分的,自然界或者物理系统中都是统一的。我希望学生有广泛的求知欲,不要以为这是我的专业,那个不是我的专业,随着科技的发展和进步,专业的划分越来越模糊,我希望学生在系统的层面考虑研究的问题。
我们目前有充足的科研经费,有前沿的科研方向和想法,对于努力科研攀登科研高峰的同学,我们有足够的经费和知识支持,如果只是以毕业为目的,这个目标太低。
读研不应该目的性太强,钓者不为鱼才能钓到大鱼。科研是痛并快乐的过程,成就感需要在痛苦的成长中获得,是一个提升自我的过程。希望我指导的研究生最后能够具备独立解决问题的科研能力,同时培养出战胜困难的勇气和信心。
