科学研究 Scientific Research
近年来围绕二维合金晶体材料的可控制备、光学性质调控及光电器件性能等开展研究工作。采用气相沉积法(物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积法)可控制备了一系列TMDs合金材料,发展了多种二维合金半导体原子结构表征的新方法。已在Adv. Mater, ACS Nano, JACS,Appl. Catal. B-Environ.,Small等SCI期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中IF>10的论文20篇,论文总被引用超3500次。一篇论文被Adv. Mater.选为内封面,一篇论文被Small选为内封面,授权及申请国家发明专利8项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省重点研发项目、军科委国防创新特区项目、中央高校基本业务费、北京分子科学国家实验室开放课题等纵向项目。现阶段,主要研究课题:
1. 基于化学气相沉积法的晶圆级二维材料批量制备;
2. 二维材料基中红外光电探测器;
3. 电化学插层法制备二维材料的新理论与新方法;
4. 二维材料基纳电子传感器;
