高速集成电路系统级封装电磁-热-应力协同分析设计 （国家自然科学基金重点项目，已结题，参与）


【研究方向】： 计算电磁学；系统级封装芯片瞬态热场分析、电磁-热耦合分析；电磁兼容研究、多物理场耦合分析、
多尺度问题研究等；天线分析与设计。
