科学研究 Scientific Research
从事微机电系统、高性能微传感器技术研究。在微传感器、先进流动测试微系统、柔性MEMS灵巧蒙皮等领域作出重要贡献。获得国家技术发明二等奖2项,教育部技术发明一等奖1项。合作出版专著1部,发表论文100多篇,获得授权发明专利30余项。主持了国家自然基金、863计划重点项目、装发部重点预研项目、国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项任务、中航产学研创新工程等重要科研项目30余项。研发出全柔性MEMS灵巧蒙皮,解决了飞行器实时动态流场在线感测难题。研制出世界首台套流体壁面剪应力测试仪,为飞行器/航行器的摩阻应力与精细流动测试提供了关键装备,解决了重大工程需求。研发出多种新型耐高温微传感器,结合空天发动机平台获得了首例瞬态燃烧壁面数据。
曾在德国汉诺威大学从事为期一年的欧盟框架纳米计划项目研究,在香港城市大学从事微技术合作研究等。
