招生信息 Admission Information
每年招收硕士研究生2-3名,博士生1-2名,欢迎具有材料科学与工程、固体力学、物理或机械工程背景的本科生报考。
课题组具有充足的经费支持,一方面开展相关热结构材料损伤与断裂的前沿科学研究,另一方面结合在航空、航天和核能等重要应用背景,开展相关材料的应用研究。
同时依托西北工业大学-斯洛伐克科学院先进陶瓷国际合作实验室,为学生提供与斯洛伐克、波兰、英国和加拿大等国际知名****的学习交流的机会。

科学研究 Scientific Research
所在学科为材料科学与工程一级学科。工作单位属于西北工业大学超高温复合材料国防科技重点实验室。课题组建有国内唯一的超高温力学性能测试平台。
1.先进稳定的研究方向:
1)针对航空、航天热端关键CMC部件设计、制造和验证考核的迫切需求,主攻研究方向是:陶瓷基复合材料的高温力学性能研究。研究内容包括:高温力学性能表征方法及技术、微观损伤规律及性能退化机理。
2)针对耐事故燃料包壳管的工作环境,开展Zr基、Fe基和难熔合金等的高温力学性能研究,研究内容包括:疲劳与断裂机理、疲劳和蠕变寿命分析、损伤容限等。
2.显著的科学技术研究成果
1)创新性地提出了使用压缩双切口试样法测试陶瓷基复合材料高温面内剪切强度的测试方法。解决了高温面内剪切试样与夹持设计的关键技术难题,成功用于2000°C以上面内剪切强度测试。研究成果在国家重大科技专项中应用。
2)高温下,由外力引起的C/SiC机械损伤和腐蚀性环境引起的氧化损伤存在明显的竞争与约束。提出通过应力再分配强化陶瓷基复合材料的学术思路,改善陶瓷基材料的力学性能。获得两项国家自然科学基金和1项中航工业关键技术攻关支持。
3)发现阴极斑点运动方向受碳纤维排列方式控制。提出从材料设计本身出发去调控阴极斑点的运动和分布的学术思想,显著提高阴极材料的抗电弧烧蚀能力和使用寿命。研究获得了自然科学基金和高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金的资助。

与欧洲陶瓷协会主席、斯洛伐克科学院院长PSajgalik教授、斯洛伐克科学院材料所所长、Jan Dusza院士等联合成立了西北工业大学-斯洛伐克科学院先进陶瓷国际合作实验室,并与加拿大工程院院士DL Chenjiao'shou波兰华沙工业大学MSzafran教授、AGH科技大学Z Pedzich教授等数名专家建立了密切的国际合作关系。

学术成果 Academic Achievements
获国家科学技术进步奖(二等)1项,发表SCI论文50余篇。主持编制定5项中国航空工业集团公司标准。6项发明专利。



综合介绍 General Introduction
所在学科为材料科学与工程一级学科。工作单位属于西北工业大学超高温复合材料国防科技重点实验室。本人是高温力学性能课题组负责人。目前任中国机械工程学会材料分会高温材料及强度委员会委员。 作为组委会成员组织两次“中-日高温材料和强度国际会议”,作为国际咨询委员会唯一中国成员组织了先进陶瓷断裂(FAC2016)国际学术会议。
课题组针对陶瓷基复合材料和先进金属材料在航空、航天和核能等热端关键部件的应用,开展相关材料的高温力学性能、变形、断裂及其损伤机理研究。研究内容主要包括微观组织演变—力学行为的关系、热/机械损伤的竞争与约束机制、损伤演变和力学性能退化的关系、热-机械损伤的各项异性、与时间相关的力学性能特性等方面的研究工作。研究内容能够丰富现有的复合材料知识体系,具有重要科学意义。同时为材料和构件设计、制造和使用提供依据和思路。
