英文摘要This study was carried out in order to study the effects of seaweed fermentation liquid on the growth and fruit quality of cherry tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.var.cerasiforme Alef) under different application methods and concentrations.With blank control of water and positive control of chitosan fertilizer additive,the study tested the correlation indexes of growth and yield,chlorophyll and nutritional components in fruits based on two different diluted gradient which were set by foliage spraying and root drench,respectively.Under the fertilization pattern of foliage spraying,compared with the blank control in terms of growth and yield,the groups of seaweed fermentation liquid diluted in 300 times had a significant effect on fruit shape index and yield per plant,which was similar to the positive control.The leaf area increased significantly in the 100 and 300 times dilution treatment group of seaweed fermentation liquid,while the other treatment groups had no significant effect on the fresh weight/dry weight of single fruit and the number of per plant.In the aspect of chlorophyll,the content of chlorophyll in each treatment group increased markedly.In terms of the nutritional components of the fruit,the content of soluble protein,ascorbic acid and soluble solids in the 100 and 300 times dilution treatment group increased significantly,which had the best effect under 300 times dilution treatment,but the increase of soluble sugar in other treatment groups was not significant.Under the fertilization pattern of root drench,compared with the blank control in terms of growth and yield,the leaf area,fresh weigh/dry weight of single fruit,yield per plant increased significantly in 100 dilution treatment group,while the other treatment groups were no significant differences.Chlorophyll and fruit nutrition indicators significantly increased generally in 100 times treatment group.To sum up,the best application method of seaweed fermentation liquid in cherry tomato was foliar spraying,and the optimum concentration was 300 times dilution.
中文摘要为研究不同施用方式和浓度下,海藻发酵液对樱桃番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.var.cerasiforme Alef)生长发育和果实品质的影响。采用叶面喷施和根部浇灌两种施肥方式分别设置梯度,以清水为空白对照,壳寡糖肥料添加剂成品为阳性对照,对生长和产量、叶绿素及果实营养成分的相关指标进行了检测。在叶面喷施的施肥方式下,与空白对照相比,生长和产量方面,300倍稀释处理组的海藻发酵液对果形指数、单株产量的影响显著,与阳性对照效果相仿;100倍和300倍稀释处理组的海藻发酵液对叶面积显著增加;其余各处理组对单果鲜重/干重和单株果数影响不显著。叶绿素方面,各处理组的叶绿素含量均显著增加;果实营养成分方面,100倍和300倍稀释处理组的可溶性蛋白、抗坏血酸和可溶性固形物含量显著增加,其中300倍稀释处理组效果最佳;其余各处理组对可溶性糖增加不显著。根部浇灌的施肥方式下,与空白对照相比,生长和产量方面,仅100倍稀释处理组的叶面积、单果鲜重/干重、单株产量提升明显,其余处理组均无明显差异;叶绿素和果实营养成分的各项指标普遍只有100倍处理组提升显著。综上,海藻发酵液在樱桃番茄中的最佳施用方式为叶面喷施,最佳浓度为300倍稀释。
