刘玲(Liu Ling)，女，重庆铜梁人。 石油工程管理博士，副教授，硕士生导师。 2004年进入中国石油大学经济管理学院任教至今，曾就职于中国石化集团公司胜利油田，浙江公元集团及广东科龙公司。(Having worked as a staff of Petroleum Technology Service Centre in Shengli Oil Field of Sinopec Corp.before strived to move to a career of business management in enterprises such as Zhejiang ERA Group and Kelon of Guangdong. Then, focusing on research projects of GHG accounting after joined the Economic Management College of UPC in 2004 and held an associate professor position in 2011).Education experiences： Ph.D---held a Ph.D. (in oil engineering management) from China Petroleum of University,M.Sc--- held an MBA (with Electronic Commerce) from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. B.Sc --- held a B.Sc. (in oil engineering) from Southwest Petroleum of University
