研究领域、学习工作经历、学术兼职等情况济南大学校聘A3岗教授,山东省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师,山东大学合作培养博士生导师,物理科学与技术学院学术和学位委员会委员,纳米自旋电子材料与器件科研团队学术带头人。主要从事纳米电子材料与器件的制备和模拟等工作,在磁性半导体材料、拓扑绝缘体材料、以及低维结构材料和器件设计、电子性质预测和量子输运等方面做出重要成果。截至目前发表100余篇SCI论文,其中影响因子3.0以上30余篇,被国际同行引用检索1000余次。获得山东省教育厅科研成果一等奖等国家奖励共9项;作为项目负责人主持国家级课题共5项,项目总经费400余万元。目前担任国际著名期刊
