一、基本情况
岳钦艳,女,环境工程博士,三级岗位教授,山东大学博士生导师, 享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,山东大学环境科学与工程学院资源环境系主任。毕业于北京大学化学系化学专业,获理学学士学位;在山东大学获物理化学理学硕士和环境工程工学博士学位。国家注册环境影响评价工程师,国家清洁生产审计师。
多年来一直从事固体废物处理处置与资源化、水处理剂和环境功能材料、水处理技术等方面的教学、科研和技术研发工作,相继承担了国家自然基金、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、教育部博士点基金、山东省科技攻关项目、济南市科技攻关项目等科研项目多项,取得了多项科研成果。在此基础上,授权100余项发明专利,发表了400余篇高水平SCI学术论文,并获省部级各级奖励20余项。

1987.3-至今 山东大学化学院、环境科学与工程学院,副教授,教授、博士生导师。

、主要研究领域
1. 工业水处理剂和新型环境功能材料的研究
开发出多项水处理剂,SE-I型絮凝剂技术、JX-II型絮凝剂技术、聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂技术、SE-Z3分散阻垢剂技术、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵聚合物絮凝剂技术、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂、有机-无机复合絮凝剂、阳离子聚多胺絮凝剂等技术已经投入工业化生产,取得了很大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
研制出改性膨润土、活性炭、改性农业秸秆、超级活性炭、生物炭、秸秆基三维石墨烯吸油材料等新型吸附材料,在处理各种废水中具有很好的效果。
该方面的研究成果已经通过省级鉴定10余项,获省部级等各种奖励20余项。
该方面的研究成果获教育部高等学校科研优秀成果技术发明一等奖、2013山东省科技进步奖一等奖、2013、2017教育部自然科学二等奖等。
2. 污泥脱水和工业固废资源化技术的研究
多年来一直从事污泥脱水、工业固体废物和农业固体废物资源化的科学研究,承担了国家自然基金、教育部博士点基金、山东省和济南市等科研项目多项。
主要研究污泥脱水和工业固体废物如污泥、赤泥、钢渣、废铁渣、农业固废、危险废物、粉煤灰和煤矸石改性等资源化技术,生活垃圾的处理处置及资源化技术。采用自制的无机脱水剂、有机脱水剂和有机/无机复合脱水剂对一次污泥和二次污泥进行深度脱水;利用城市污水厂污泥和其他行业的污泥,采用物理活化法和化学活化法制备了污泥活性炭,并将其用于废水处理中;利用污泥、赤泥等工业固体废物研制了超轻/轻质污泥污泥陶粒、铁碳陶粒、绿色建筑材料等。
该方面的研究成果获2014山东省科技发明二等奖、2015教育部科技发明二等奖、2015环保部科学技术三等奖和2016中国产学研合作创新成果二等奖等。
3. 农业固体废物资源化技术的研究
研究了农业固体废物秸秆的资源化技术,包括农业秸秆制备生物炭和超级活性炭技术、农业秸秆制备阴、阳离子吸附剂技术、农业秸秆制备秸秆基三维石墨烯技术等,并将研制的产品用于工业废水的处理和油水分离中。
4.高浓度难降解有机废水处理技术研究
主要研究高浓度难降解有机废水的处理和废水深度处理.
①超轻/轻质污泥陶粒作为生物滤池填料深度处理制药废水、大豆蛋白废水、生活污水等多种废水的研究,已经实现了工业化。
②铁碳陶粒处理高浓度难降解有机废水如环己酮废水、丙烯腈废水等方面的研究,已经实现了工业化。
③研制的多种吸附剂在处理重金属废水、难降解有机废水、印染废水等多种废水中取得了很好的效果。
④ 研制的秸秆基三维石墨烯用于油水分离中,对油的分离及吸附效果显著,具有广阔的应用前景。
5.农村生活垃圾生物处理与资源化利用技术研究
针对当前农村垃圾产生量大、成份复杂、具备农业垃圾和城市垃圾的双重属性、循环利用率不高、分散化等的问题,承担了国家科技支撑计划课题<<乡村社区环境优化建设关键技术研究(2013BAJ10B04)>>第二子任务<<农村生活垃圾分类收集与转运技术、因地制宜的农村有机垃圾生物处理与资源化利用技术/2013BAJ10BO402>>任务。开发出了适合农村社区的高效有机垃圾和粪便联合厌氧消化处理新工艺;研制出了农村有机垃圾联合厌氧消化处理装置,因地制宜建立沼气收集、净化、纯化、输送及利用网络体系;研究了提高沼渣肥效的深化处理及资源化利用技术;并且进行了农村生活垃圾分类、转运以及有机垃圾的厌氧发酵及资源化技术集成和示范。
