刘怡博士毕业于澳大利亚科廷大学,现任山东大学国际创新转化学院副教授,兼任International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets (IJBEM)亚洲中国区编辑,Culture and Organization (SSCI) 期刊匿名审稿人,中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)学术年会英文论文匿名审稿人以及《Society for Global Business and Economic Development(SGBED)》国际会议匿名审稿人。
主要研究领域为知识管理、人才管理和企业管理。在国际重要期刊上发表论文18篇, 多次参加大型国际学术研讨会,并发表会议论文14篇。目前,7篇期刊文章被社会科学引文索引(SSCI)和1篇文章被科学引文索引(SCI)收录。其中,公开发表在《Journal of Knowledge Management》(IF:4.604)的期刊文章具有比较高的影响因子。
