现为山东大学(威海)海洋学院 教授,博士生导师,湖北省****基金获得者,入选武汉市青年科技晨光计划和中国水产科学研究院“百名英才”人才计划。博士毕业于捷克南波希米亚大学,长期从事水生态毒理学与环境健康风险评估研究。2010年赴美国加州大学河滨分校Prof. DanelSchlenk实验室访问交流,主要是对水体中污染物对小型鱼类的神经行为学影响进行研究。2011年-2012年期间,在新加坡国立大学从事博后研究,主要研究方向是利用斑马鱼做为模式生物进行毒理基因组学影响。
以第一作者(或通讯)在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Water Research、Molecular and Cellular Proteomics等学术刊物发表,57篇(总共发表71篇),最高影响因子8.633,文章总被引1495次(他引1282次),H-index=25。目前担任SCI刊物Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology的编委和Frontiers in Marine Science,BioMed Research International专刊的客座主编,并担任 Aquatic Toxicology等31种该领域SCI期刊的独立审稿人。申报获得授权专利11项(其中第一发明人8项)。

研究兴趣:
目前主要是利用各种生物标志物对水环境污染进行生态健康评价,工作主要从两方面展开:(1)全球气候变化耦合海洋污染对近海生态环境的影响,主要以典型模式物种海水青鳉作为活体模型,将微观与宏观相结合,从分子/生化/生理/个体层次上进行,采用多组学交叉技术的系统毒理学方法探索气候变化背景下海洋污染的生态效应及其机制;此外,通过构建室内微宇宙模型系统,探讨近海污染物近海食物链的传递,并探讨其在个体/种群/群落水平的生态效应,为我国发展海洋战略、生态安全等决策提供理论依据。
(2)二是针对新兴污染物(如药物残留活性物质、人工纳米污染物等)的环境行为及其健康风险评估,主要水域环境中新兴污染物的时空分布、来源、归趋、降解等环境行为进行调查分析,并结合室内动物模型实验分析其环境风险;此外采用采用多组学交叉技术,在分子水平寻找典型污染物暴露的更敏感、有效的生物标记物(基因、蛋白或代谢物),发展环境污染的早期预警系统,并通过比较生物学,找出该污染物在其他哺乳动物和人类的保守基因或信号通路,以便对污染物的环境健康风险评估提供科学依据。
