简介:
张清和,山东大学教授、博导,国家“****”青年拔尖人才,山东大学空间科学研究院极区电离层-磁层耦合研究团队课题组组长(PI)。2003年成为西安电子科技大学硕博联读研究生,并曾在中国极地研究中心完成博士论文,2008年底获得无线电物理博士学位,期间曾先后两次赴我国北极黄河站进行越冬科学考察与观测。博士毕业后,赴英国卢瑟福阿普尔顿实验室做博士后工作,并于2010年初出站回国进入中国极地研究中心工作,2013年夏调入山东大学工作至今。主要从事极区电离层-磁层耦合动力学过程及其空间天气效应研究。发表SCI论文近60篇,其中1篇第一(通讯)作者论文因其在日地能量耦合方面解决了近60年空间物理和等离子体物理方面的热点和难点科学问题而在《Science》上作为当期亮点发表(建国以来国内空间物理学届仅3篇《Science》论文),并受到国际国内众多媒体的关注和报道。2013年起在山东大学(威海)组建了电离层-磁层耦合研究团队,并领导团队建立了山东大学威海地磁台和电离层观测站,并作为总体组成员参与国家重大基础科技设施子午工程II期项目,将积极在威海筹建空间环境地基综合监测基地。

主要学术成绩
以磁重联为主线, 分别通过联合分析空间多颗卫星(星-星联合观测)、卫星与地面多设备(星-地联合观测)、地面多雷达和光学及GNSS接收等设备(地-地联合观测)的协同观测数据,深入研究了日侧磁重联层的内部等离子体结构、极区电离层等离子体云块的形成机制和演化特征和其所伴随的离子上行现象以及极区电离层不均匀体所引起得闪烁现象等。

?共发表或已接受学术论文63篇(第一、二作者论文36篇),其中在PRLGRL, JGRAG等刊物上发表SCI学术论文56篇(EI论文14篇),并有1篇第一(通讯)作者论文在《Science》上作为当期亮点发表,另有1篇第一(通讯)作者论文登上了《JGR》的封面。
? 入选2015年国家“****”青年拔尖人才支持计划,并正在承担国家自然科学基金面上项目等近20项。目前正牵头一个由来自中国、美国、加拿大、英国、挪威等国的18名科学家和青年****组成的国际团队,并获得国际空间物理研究所北京分部(ISSI-BJ)的资助(2016年全球共资助6个)
? 曾多次参加包括美国地球物理年会(AGU)、欧洲地球物理年会(EGU)、亚洲大洋洲地球物理年会(AOGS)等国际国内学术会议,口头宣读或展板展示了学术论文40余篇次(包括多个学术邀请报告),在AOGS会议上两次作为第一召集人召集了高纬电离层组的学术交流活动(2013和2016年),曾多次组织召开小型国际研讨会。
