袁学良男,1980年2月生,工学博士、博士后,教授,博士生导师,山东省智库高端人才,国家注册环保工程师、国家清洁生产审核师;现任教于山东大学能源与动力工程学院能源与环境工程研究所、燃煤污染物减排国家工程实验室,主要研究方向为能源环境系统理论与工程;先后承担《能源概论》、《能源管理工程》、《能源碳减排及资源化利用》、《生命周期评价理论与实践》、《专业英语》等课程的教学工作;发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI/EI收录60余篇;Google学术引用1700余次,H因子23。出版学术著作2部,参编4部;先后获得省部级科研奖励8项、厅局级奖励5项。
现任山东大学可持续发展研究中心副主任、中国环保产业协会循环经济专业委员会专家委员、中国生态经济学会工业生态经济与技术专业委员会委员、中国系统工程学会生态环境系统工程专委会委员、山东省循环经济促进会副秘书长、山东省资源再生协会副秘书长、山东省节能环保低碳协会监事长、山东省节能协会理事;《Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews》、《Renewable Energy》、《Energy Policy》、《Resources, Conservation & Recycling》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Ecological Indicators》等20余个SCI期刊审稿人。

Professor Xueliang Yuan
Dr Xueliang Yuan is a Professor and the Associate Director at Research Center for Sustainable Development, School of Energy and Power Engineering, National Engineering Laboratory for Reducing Emissions from Coal Combustion, Shandong University. His PhD, completed in 2008 was entitled “Theory and Application of Circular Economy (Eco-industry) Development in Coal Industry”. His current research focuses on energy and environment system theory, such as life cycle assessment, ecological industry, energy policy and environmental management. He has extensive project cooperation experience with the government and the industries.
