贾志泰,教授、博士生导师、齐鲁青年****;教育部新一代半导体材料集成攻关大平台副主任;晶体材料国家重点实验室主任助理。
1981年1月出生于山西省平遥县。1999年,山东大学化学与化工学院化学专业本科学习;2003年,山东大学晶体材料研究所材料学专业硕博连读研究生,期间获国家留学基金委资助,赴意大利比萨大学物理系留学两年。2010年起,进入山东大学晶体材料国家重点实验室工作,主要从事人工晶体的生长及性能研究,采用提拉法(Czochralski)、导模法(EFG: Edge-defined Film-fed Growth)、微下拉法(μ-PD: micro-pulling-down)及激光加热基座法(LHPG: Laser Heated Pedestal Growth)等技术,开展激光晶体(大口径体块晶体及单晶光纤)、氧化物半导体晶体、磁光晶体等功能晶体的设计与生长。主持和参加了国家重点研发计划、科技委创新基金、教育部联合基金、863、973、国家自然基金委仪器专项、山东省重点研发计划、山东省科技发展计划、中国博士后科学基金等。获得XXX科技进步贰等奖、首届中国科技期刊优秀论文奖等。在Crystal Growth & DesignCrystEngCommJournal of Crystal Growth等晶体材料领域权威期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,获授权发明专利7项。担任《人工晶体学报》第七届编辑委员会委员;中国稀土学会稀土晶体专业委员会委员;《发光学报》第一届青年编辑委员会委员;《Journal of Semiconductors》 “Ultra-Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Gallium Oxide: from Materials to Devices”专刊客座主编等。
