赵仲堂，男，1951年出生，流行病学教授、博士研究生导师。国际流行病学会（IEA）会员。历任山东医科大学、山东大学公共卫生学院院长、流行病学教研室主任、流行病与卫生统计学研究所所长。主要社会兼职有中华预防医学会流行病学分会副主委（2002-2014），山东预防医学会流行病学分会主委(2004-2012)等。现为中华预防医学会伤害预防控制分会常委、出生缺陷预防控制专业委员会常委、山东预防医学会副会长。1992年始被批准享受国务院政府特殊津贴。

1974年毕业于山东医学院医学专业，1981～1983年于希腊雅典大学医学院卫生与流行病学系留学，回国后一直从事流行病学教学与科研工作。研究涉及慢病、伤害与新传染病流行病学与评价。先后主持完成国家、部（省）、国际合作等科研成果多项，在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇，多次应邀组织、出席国际学术活动。主编、主审、参编著作与教材10余部。科研成果先后获部（省）等科技进步奖10余项。

近5年作为项目负责人，承担国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金项目多项，在国际学术期刊发表论文多篇，指导硕士、博士研究生10余名。
