个人简介



杨平，硕士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，1988年取得律师资格。从事卫生法学和行政法学教学和理论研究，承担卫生法社会服务（包括卫生法讲座、培训和咨询服务）。主持完成教育部课题、山东大学教改课题、中华预防医学会以及其他单位委托的横向课题，参与他人课题研究。撰写专著1部，主编教材4部，参编卫生部规划教材1部，参编国家医学电子书包《卫生法》1部，以第一作者或通信作者公开发表学术论文数十篇。
