主要学术贡献：



1.儿童肥胖已成为我国严重的公共卫生问题。本人于2010年至2011年，依托北京市儿童青少年代谢综合征(BCAMS)研究资源，选取3503名6-18岁的学龄儿童，探讨7个全基因组关联研究（GWAS）发现的肥胖基因位点多态性(FTO rs**、FAIM2 rs**、NPCI rsl80508l、FTO rs**、MC4R rSl**、BDNF rs6265、GNPDA2 rsl**)与学龄儿童BMI、肥胖的关联性；探讨基因-基因以及基因-环境交互作用对学龄儿童肥胖的影响。相关研究成果发表在Am J Epidemiol,BMC Med Genet,Diabetes等SCI杂志。


2.在我国儿童高血压患病率呈现逐年升高的趋势。本人于2010年至今，依托国家科技支撑“十二五”课题数据，探讨GWAS发现的肥胖相关基因位点与中国儿童高血压的关系，首次在中国儿童中揭示肥胖基因如FTO等可以通过肥胖增加儿童高血压风险。相关研究成果发表在Int J Obes,Mol Biol Rep,Metabolism等SCI杂志。同时，探讨了GWAS发现的高血压相关基因位点与中国儿童高血压的关系，首次在中国儿童中探讨这些位点与肥胖、体力活动等生活方式因素的交互作用对儿童高血压的影响。相关成果发表在Am J Hypertens,Atherosclerosis等SCI杂志。





参加国际会议



1.2011年11月3日至6日，参加2011年世界高血压联盟区域大会暨第13届国际高血压及相关疾病学术研讨会。地点：北京国际会议中心。大会发言“Polymorphism rs6265 nearBDNFgene is associated with blood pressure in Chinese children and adolescents”，获得“Young Investigator Award”荣誉和500美元奖金。


2.2012年9月30日-10月4日，参加第24届国际高血压大会（ISH）及第9届亚太高血压会议（APSH）、第34届澳大利亚高血压研究理事会科学年会。地点：澳大利亚悉尼会展中心。大会发言：Common polymorphisms of ATP2B1 and BDNF genes are associated with blood pressure or risk of hypertension in a Chinese children population，获得亚太高血压学会青年学者奖和免除大会注册费。


3.2014年9月11日-14日，参加2014年中国高血压年会暨第十六届国际高血压及相关疾病学术研讨会。地点：上海跨国采购会展中心。大会发言：儿童肥胖及高血压筛查标准的最新进展。
