工作经历：

? 1994.07-2001.08：济南二机床集团有限公司（济南第二机床厂）助理工程师、工程师；

? 2004.07-至今：山东大学机械工程学院讲师、副教授、教授，2011.08遴选为博士生导师；

? 2007.08-2008.08：美国The University of Alabama访问研究。
