简介
英国邓迪大学管理博士，英国皇家特许建造师MCIOB，IPMA卓越项目管理大奖评估师。曾任英国阿特金斯Atkins及克力思EC Harris国际咨询公司高级顾问工程师，在英国政府采购项目领域从事多年的项目管理工作。
研究领域
政府采购项目管理、项目管理、私人融资计划PFI项目、风险管理、项目评估、可持续发展及节能减碳等。
