一、基本情况岳钦艳,女,环境工程博士,教授,山东大学博士生导师,国家注册环境影响评价工程师,国家清洁生产审计师,山东大学环境科学与工程学院资源环境系主任,《山东大学学报(工学版)》编辑委员常务委员。

多年来一直从事水处理和固体废物处理处置与资源化方面的科研和技术研发,相继承担了国家自然基金、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目子课题、教育部博士点基金、山东省科技攻关项目、济南市科技攻关项目等科研项目多项,取得了多项科研成果。在此基础上,申报了50余项发明专利,授权40余项,发表了300余篇高水平的学术论文(其中被SCI、EI收录200余篇)。

三、主要研究领域1. 固废资源化技术的研究

目前从事《固体废物的处理和处置》的教学工作和工业固体废物资源化的科学研究,承担了国家自然基金、教育部博士点基金、山东省和济南市等科研项目多项,此方面的研究在国际期刊上发表科研论文50余篇,发明专利30余项。

主要研究工业固体废物如污泥、赤泥、钢渣、废铁渣、农业固废、危险废物、粉煤灰和煤矸石改性等资源化技术,生活垃圾的处理处置及资源化技术。利用农业固废研制了高效水处理吸附剂,利用污泥、赤泥等工业固体废物研制了超轻/轻质污泥污泥陶粒、铁碳陶粒、绿色建筑材料等。

2. 工业水处理剂的研究

开发出多项水处理剂,SE-I型絮凝剂技术、JX-II型絮凝剂技术、 聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂技术、SE-Z3分散阻垢剂技术、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵聚合物絮凝剂技术、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂、有机-无机复合絮凝剂、阳离子聚多胺絮凝剂等技术已经投入工业化生产,取得了很大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。另外,研制出多种新型吸附材料,在处理各种废水中具有很好的效果。该方面的研究成果已经通过省级鉴定6项,获省部级等各种奖励近20项,在国内外核心期刊上发表科研论文100余篇(被SCI、EI收录50余篇)。

3.水处理技术研究

① 超轻/轻质污泥污泥陶粒作为生物滤池填料处理制药废水、大豆蛋白废水、生活污水等多种废水的研究,已经实现了工业化。

② 铁碳陶粒处理难降解有机废水如环己酮废水、丙烯腈废水等方面的研究,已经实现了工业化。

③ 研制的多种吸附剂在处理重金属废水、难降解有机废水、印染废水等多种废水中取得了很好的效果。

④ 超轻/轻质污泥污泥陶粒作为厌氧反应器的填料处理城市生活污水技术的研究,已经取得了很好的效果。

4.环境影响评价

作为国家注册环境影响评价工程师,主持并参加了多项环境影响评价项

5.清洁生产审核

作为国家清洁生产审计师参加了多项清洁生产审核项目。

(1)在高等学校从事教学和科研工作;

(2)在科研院所从事科研和科技开发工作;

(3)在环保公司从事水和废水处理技术、固体废物资源化技术工作;
