　　肿瘤细胞信号转导和抗肿瘤药物筛选:
　　本研究组将以中国人高发肿瘤为研究对象，充分利用分子生物学，基因组学及蛋白质组学等技术，研究肿瘤细胞发生、发展和转移的分子机理；肿瘤细胞死亡的分子机制及信号转导；抗肿瘤药物的作用机制及抗肿瘤靶向药物筛选系统的构建等。
