　　1984-1988，山东大学微生物工程专业本科；1988-1991，山东大学微生物学专业硕士研究生；1995.10-1998.3，作为中日联合培养博士研究生在大阪大学从事博士论文研究。

　　1991-1992，山东大学 助教；1993-1998，山东大学 讲师；1999-20018，山东大学 副教授；1999.12-2001.4，韩国 仁荷大学，博士后研究员；2002 至今，山东大学 教授；2002,7-8，韩国 仁荷大学访问学者；2003,8-10，韩国 仁荷大学访问学者；2003至今，山东大学博士生导师。

　　与国内外联合培养研究生情况
　　聘任美国得克萨斯大学学者担任共同博士导师，拟派一名博士生前往进行合作研究。

　　研究方向
　　学科专业为应用微生物学与发酵工程；研究内容主要包括采油微生物、微生物冶金、纤维素资源生物转化、药物中间体的生物合成等；主要研究技术手段包括现代微生物育种技术、发酵工程与生物催化技术、生物反应过程数学模型构建及计算机在线监测与控制、生物分子的分离纯化。讲授本科课程微生物技术学及研究生课程微生物技术原理。
