李圆圆

简介
李圆圆，女，汉族，植物分子生物学博士。2002年毕业于山东师范大学，获得学士学位，同年报送本校研究生。2005年山东师范大学硕士毕业后赴英国爱丁堡大学（University of Edinburgh）的Dr. Peter Doerner实验室攻读博士学位，博士期间从事植物耐低磷的分子遗传学研究,克隆并鉴定了拟南芥 MPS1 基因,于 2010 年被授予理学博士学位。 2010-2011在瑞士洛桑大学（Université de Lausanne）的Prof Yves Poirier实验室从事了一年的博士后研究, 参与拟南芥 Pho1 基因调控的研究。于2011年到中国科学院-马普伙伴计算生物研究所开始从事植物 C4 光合的分子遗传学研究。2013年开始任职于山东师范大学，研究C4光合进化。 从2017年开始参加沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学Mark Tester主持的藜麦大型表型组学分析的国际合作项目，主持山西国际科技合作项目“1300份藜麦遗传种质资源引种与育种应用”；以及平原地区的藜麦种植与推广研究，主持山东省引智成果示范推广项目“耐热藜麦资源引进与新品种筛”与东营市的市校合作专项项目“东营盐碱地藜麦资源引种与评价”。
